Hello photoshop users! Have you ever used Paint Tool SAI and thought to yourself: Wow, do I miss the color wheel...

WELL DO I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU.

THIS TUTORIAL IS A BADASS TUTORIAL

www.groovypost.com/howto/open-…

It shows you how to use a photoshop version of SAI's color wheel in Photoshop Cs6!!!!

NO NEED TO BUY A COLOR WHEEL FROM THE INTERNET. Just follow these instructions, and you should be good to go! :D

I AM SUPER DUPER PSYCHED ABOUT THIS

Now I can create beautiful colors like my SAI equivalent!! :la: Hopefully this is of use to you too! :D

You will probably have to keyboard command Shift + Alt + Right click (mouse) each time you need the color wheel, but hey - it works!!

I like Sai too but I can only use it on my PC.  Take a look at two free software paint programs that will blow you away (I am serious):  Medibang and Krita.   Krita is comparable to Painter. I would compare Medibang to Clip but not as powerful but still mighty explosive to use.  No trial versions....both are fully unlocked, fully loaded and free to use.  If you try them let me know what you think.--cat  (currently I am using Manga Studio EX aka Clip Studio intead of sai).

SAI is my favorite program of all time :D Very easy to use. I like photoshop too... when it doesn't lag, that is  ><

I've tried Medibang pro actually! I use that for on-the-go art. c: I don't generally share it because it's not pressure sensitivity related, but it's a good stress reliever XD It's actually a really good program. Krita's okay. It's not as fun as Medibang, but it seems pretty good for a free program c:

I've used Clip Studio Paint, and it is a good balance between both, but it's pretty glitchy on Windows 10. I haven't used it much on my new computer though. We'll see.... lol XD

Now I will say that something odd did happen on Manga Studio on my PC and Windows 10-----I have to log in an as administrator or some such nonsense (oh I am the administrator) so there is this whole song and dance I now have to go through to use it so I am using it on my Mac for now.  I really hate Windows.   I used to be vehemetely anti Krita because of their attitude toward macs but lately and because someone gave them some money, they now support the mac platform but I still can't shake the feeling that they still consider Mac second bananna.  Truthfully, both platforms should be scrapped imho.

SAI kicks--I love it too and if it rocks your world--don't leave it.  The other program I have is Mischief which I did some beta testing on. It has an infinite canvas but there been no updates on it and it seems to be going nowhere fast.  Too bad I think it had a lot of promise but the tools are very spartan but its great for sketching but not free.

Wow... :O That's kind of strange! And yeah... I agree with you on Windows 10. XD Though it hasn't bothered me too much on my new computer, every so and so I run into some pretty odd glitches @_@ It's pretty phenomenal.  XD Lately my computer's been really slow, for no reason XD I don't know why hahaha

It really does :D I'm trying to use photoshop too, because I want to learn how the brushes work on there. I've created my own photoshop brushes that way, and I'm currently experimenting to come up with new brushes that will help me paint XD I really love making brushes, and I might share my Vivablend brush one day lol.

Ahhhh I see. That's a disappointment. :c It's kind of like GIMP. I think it still updates, but rarely anyone uses it anymore, because it's so outdated LOL XD But it's very much like photoshop, and has a lot of features anyhow c:
