I think you can be too open with people. There are some things I don't think you should share with others, like very personal information :)

I'm somewhere in the middle I guess. Personally, I share too much if I know the person very, very, I mean VERY well. Other than that, I hardly share a thing.  I could write a very long message about how I feel about this subject, but of course - my opinion is very unpopular.

Unpopular opinions doesn't mean they're wrong though!

Being in the middle is understandable. I myself am very private, but I know lots of open people who I am good friends with :)

That's true c: Sometimes that definitely is the case.

Yeah... I guess that's a good thing to be private, right? You don't get in trouble that way. You don't stop thinking nonstop about how you wish things were different. I wish I could just... feel nothing. So I didn't have to feel anymore pain.

Well, to be fair, being private definitely does not eliminate those thoughts. It just means you're not as willing to share them with other people, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on the situation. One of the down sides of being so private is that a lot of yourself exists inside your head only, which can be difficult at times ~

I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to sound like I was arguing. It's just been one problem after another for me... and my mind had been thinking something completely different than this conversation. You're definitely right. I feel that way too sometimes... but I force myself to be open, because it's the only way I can really meet people who are just like me, even if I never do.

Nah! You didn't sound like you were arguing ~ all is well :D I understand, and I wish the best for you!

P.S. people are more similar on the inside than they often realize. There are lots of people out there like you c: <3

:tighthug: Thanks. I've been having a rough time again lately... so if I seem rather off, that's why...

Maybe that's true in some cases... but... honestly, I don't even know anymore.
