_{i agree with summerpeaches, long or short; marcilyn looks ABSOLUTELY stunning in both. <33 and i too have my reasons to why i like them both equally !! for long; same reason actually. a lot of girls have straight hair (im guilty for that since i have it myself, though i have soft waves at the ends which makes up for that :'D) and there's just not much love for girls with voluminous, curly locks.

short hair works as well since to me it seems very appropriate for a changing person/someone who's much older/wiser. so it's pretty symbolic in it's own way. if that makes sense !! / v \}

Ahahaha good to know! xD I counted the votes, and 15 people voted O: That's the most I've ever had for a poll! xD Ohhh man, I absolutely love people with curly hair xD I don't know why! I've always admired it! When I was as young as 13, I nearly got a perm just to see if Curly hair was for me! xD I really love characters with curls as well. That's probably why Estelle and Marcilyn both have curly hair, and I tend to have wavy hair for most of my characters.

I really couldn't pick between Marcilyn's short hair and Marcilyn's long hair xD So I guess she'll have both! I imagine she'll go through Pigtails / Hair down (15) -> Long Ponytail / Hair down (17) -> Short hair (19) or something xD I just love drawing her in general! Also, I was thinking of implementing an emotional scene where Marcilyn chops off her hair in order to show her character change throughout the sequel. Hehehe xD

Hehe I grew up with hair like that and I never wanted it :'c. I ended up straightening it for years. Only recently have I accepted my curls! Luckily Marcilyn can pull off any look though! <3

and oh speaking of which, i bet you're familar with the art vs artist thing going around ? i did it not too long ago and with mine there is still see a bit of soft wave there, even after i did some straightening. it looks really really pretty in my opinion x'D

and it really is :'D !! some of my ocs have that kind of hairstyle too, and it's super relaxing to draw <3}

Hmmm I really like both! I think she can definitely pull off either look! <3 I voted for long simply because I love her long curly ponytails so much! Straight hair is so idolized these days that I feel like a lot of girls are ashamed of their super bouncy, poofy hair! Marcilyn has beautiful, gorgeous curls c: But to be honest, I like her either way XD

Hahaha I like both too! I can't pick! XD And ohhh gosh, I did not know that. My hair is so straight but it's so fussy too xD Part of the reason I cut it so dang short! I've always wanted curly hair! So I love drawing characters with curly hair c: I personally think Marcilyn looks good either way xD I was just curious to see what other people thought!
